Baked Carrot Fries with Rosemary
These healthy Baked Carrot Fries with Rosemary make a great side dish or appetizer in place of French fries.
- 4 carrots
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°.
Peel and cut carrots into fries.
Mix carrot fries with olive oil, chopped rosemary, and salt. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake carrot fries for 20 minutes or until tender.
