Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • ½ cup sugar or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat and add hibiscus flowers. Let steep 30 minutes.
  • Strain and add sugar or maple syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour over ice and serve.
