This sweet tart Agua de Jamaica is a refreshing drink for summer. It tastes a lot like cranberry juice.

Ingredients

water

cup
dried hibiscus flowers

cup
sugar
or maple syrup
Instructions
Bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add hibiscus flowers. Let steep 30 minutes.
Strain and add sugar or maple syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over ice and serve.
Notes
This tea will last 5 days in the fridge.
