Ingredients

cup
chopped strawberries
½
cup
sugar
½
cup
rice vinegar
Instructions
Mash strawberries with sugar. Let sit 24 hours in the fridge. You can let it sit up to 3 days.
Strain the strawberry mixture. Add rice vinegar. Whisk to combine until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.
Notes
Mix a few tablespoonfuls of the shrub to club soda or kombucha. You can also add it to cocktails.
