With Black Tea

Instructions
With Black Tea
Heat water in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add black tea bag. Let steep 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bag.
Mix chia seeds, black tea, and soy milk. Let sit 1 hour to get gelatinous.
Add chai spice mix, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix with a fork to get clumps out.
Without Black Tea
Mix chia seeds and soy milk. Let sit 1 hour to get gelatinous.
Add chai spice mix, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix with a fork to get clumps out.
