5 Ingredient  Sun-Dried Tomato Soup

Ingredients: – 28 ounces crushed tomatoes – ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes – 1 cup full fat coconut milk – ¼ cup fresh basil – 1 clove garlic minced – salt and pepper – ½ cup water

 Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook 10-15 minutes.
