Creamy Oat Milk

Ingredients: – 1 cup gluten free rolled oats – 3-4 cups cold water – 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – Pinch salt

Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds; over blending gives a slimy texture.
