Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients: – 2 cups soy milk – ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips – 3 tablespoons peanut butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon maple syrup – Pinch salt

Pour soy milk into a pan. Bring to a simmer. Add chocolate chips. Simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted.
