Rose Latte

Ingredients: Rose Simple Syrup – 1 cup sugar – 1 cup water – ½ cup dry edible rose petals

Ingredients: Rose Latte – 2 tablespoons rose simple syrup – ½ cup strong brewed coffee or 1-2 shots of espresso - I used cold brew coffee –  ½ cup soy milk

In a saucepan, bring rose petals, sugar, and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer partially covered for 10-15 minutes.

Place a fine mesh strainer over a jar or bowl and strain the flowers from the simple syrup.
