  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine all wet ingredients. Microwave for 20-30 seconds or heat in a saucepan on stovetop until mixture is a liquid. Add salt.
  • Pour mixture over oats. Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread oats on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.*
