Ingredients

+ 2 tablespoons peanut butter

coconut oil

maple syrup

gluten free rolled oats

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Combine all wet ingredients. Microwave for 20-30 seconds or heat in a saucepan on stovetop until mixture is a liquid. Add salt.
Pour mixture over oats. Mix thoroughly.
Spread oats on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Stir, then bake another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.*
Notes
Watch the oats so they don't burn. Baking times may vary per oven.
