  • Spread vegan cream cheese on tortilla. Next, add sweet potato and mash it into vegan cream cheese. Add spicy black beans, and mash them as well. Top with chopped chipotle and adobo sauce.
  • Roll tortilla tightly. Cut with a serrated or really sharp knife for best results and serve.
