Lemonade Vegan Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

These sweet, tart Lemonade Vegan Frozen Yogurt Popsicles will hit the spot on a hot Summer day. No popsicle molds needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients. Pour into 3 ounce bath cups. Put a popsicle stick into each one and freeze until solid, or to get the sticks to stand up straight, freeze 30 minutes first, then stick popsicle sticks in.  
  • To get the paper cup to release easily, pour hot water into a shallow container and put popsicle in it. It should slide right off!
