Add elderberry powder, ground ginger, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Heat on stovetop on medium, whisking the whole time to combine.
If you don't have a milk frother, pour soy milk into a mason jar with secure lid. Cover with a towel if necessary. Shake to combine.
Pour into a mug.

You may want to check with your doctor or do some research on whether elderberry powder is ok for you to take.If you have an allergy to elder pollen, you should not take it according to the research I did.Elderberry can cause an upset stomach when taken in large quantities, which is why I recently changed the amount to 1-3 teaspoons.
