Instructions
Peel cucumbers. Deseed if you aren't using English cucumbers.
Place sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, or a few minutes.
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Freeze.
Once frozen, blend again in food processor and refreeze. This will give a nice, soft texture.
