  • Either chop cauliflower or pulse in food processor until consistency is similar to rice. Set aside.
  • Press tofu using a tofu press or a towel wrapped around tofu and press with a skillet and heavy object on top of that. Let water drain from tofu at least 15 minutes. Cut tofu into bite sized pieces.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan on medium high heat. Add tofu and 2 tablespoons of tamari. Cook until browned on both sides.
  • Add riced cauliflower, peas, carrots, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, and the rest of tamari and sesame oil to the tofu. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Add chopped green onion and cook about a minute longer.
