Instructions
Pulse chopped cauliflower in a food processor until the consistency is similar to rice. You can also grate the cauliflower on a box grater. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add crumbled tofu and tamari. Cook until starting to brown, about 5-10 minutes.
Add riced cauliflower, peas, carrots, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, and salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Top with chopped green onion.
