  • 8 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon  + 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil
