Instructions

  • If using erythritol, heat all ingredients in a double boiler or microwave until erythritol is dissolved. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Fill either ice cube trays, muffin liners, or a plastic wrapped lined storage container. Refrigerate.
  • Once cooled, if using┬áthe plastic wrapped lined container, pull fudge out and slice on a cutting board. Store in the fridge.
