In a food processor add dates, almond flour, sliced coconut, and spices (except turmeric).
Mix until well combined. A ball will form in the food processor.
So that you don't stain your food processor, place the mixture in a large glass bowl. Add turmeric and stir until well combined.
Put on some latex gloves and form balls. Refrigerate.
Notes
If your dates aren't fresh you may want to soak them in hot water for 15 minutes to soften them up.You don't have to wear gloves or mix the mixture in a bowl after adding turmeric, but I recommend it if you don't want a yellow food processor or hands.These turmeric energy bites will last about 1 week in an airtight container in the pantry. You can also store them in the fridge for 2 weeks, or freeze them for several months.
