In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the tofu. Stir.
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Slice the tofu and add it to the marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
Place the tofu on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400℉ for 20 minutes, flip the tofu, and bake another 20 minutes or until starting to get crispy on the edges.

This recipe will last 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
