Ingredients

raw cashews

low sodium gluten free tamari

brown rice vinegar
or lime juice

tablespoons
sweet red chili sauce

teaspoon
sriracha sauce

chopped fresh ginger

water
+ more for soaking cashews
Instructions
Soak raw cashews in hot water for 15 minutes to an hour. Drain water.
Add all ingredients to high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Let sit for a few hours in the fridge to thicken.
Notes
This recipe will last about 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
