Instructions
Mix vegan mayo, pickle relish, mustard, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Crumble tofu and add to dressing.
Add chopped celery and green onion, and mix well.
Mix thoroughly, and serve over greens, in a wrap or sandwich.
