Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with a couple of inches of water. Place chocolate chunks in the bowl. Heat on medium heat until melted.
Take the bowl off the heat. Add salt and stir. Then add brown rice crisps cereal and stir to combine.
Immediately pour the chocolate mixture into chocolate molds or a parchment-paper lined baking sheet with a rim. Place in the or freeze for 30 minutes or the refrigerator for a couple of hours until set.
Notes
My chocolate molds are 6 ¼" x 3" x ¼" deep.You can also melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until melted.They will last for 2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
