Pamper your feet with this Peppermint Foot Scrub. It is super easy to make and cheaper than store-bought.
I love the fresh, minty smell of peppermint. Even though this Peppermint Foot Scrub is listed as a foot scrub, it can be used as a whole body scrub as well.
It works well as a foot scrub because peppermint oil is said to increase blood circulation. It has a cooling effect, and can be used to relieve pain.
What Are Sugar Scrubs Good For?
Sugar scrubs are great for exfoliating the skin. Made with sugar scrub and oil they not only exfoliate, they moisturize dry skin as well.
Can I Use Peppermint Oil in a Body Scrub?
You could use this Foot Scrub as an all over body scrub, but I prefer to use it on my feet.
Just keep it away from cuts, open wounds, or sensitive parts. For people with sensitive skin peppermint might be a bit strong.
