This sweet vegan Chocolate Tofu Pudding is a healthy treat. It's made with silken tofu and cacao powder.
This Chocolate Tofu Pudding is sweet and creamy. I've been making this pudding for years, sometimes sugar free and other times with maple syrup.
I've eaten it by itself, with fruit, and included in my morning smoothie. I originally posted it in 2014, but wanted to update it with better photos and a video.
It comes together in about 5 minutes. It's a healthy treat you can feel good about serving your family!
Another way to use silken tofu is in a Vegan Omelette.
Instructions
Mix silken tofu, cacao powder, erythritol and stevia or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor.
Storage
This Chocolate Pudding will last for about 3-5 days in the fridge.
