    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"This was such a great way to have a dessert while it's still healthier than other options. It was also a great way to have fun baking with my daughter. We would love to see more of these types of desserts in the near future. Thank You very much!- Joanne"

This Chocolate Tofu Pudding is sweet and creamy. I've been making this pudding for years, sometimes sugar-free and other times with maple syrup.

I've eaten it by itself, with fruit, and included it in my morning smoothie. Made with silken tofu, it is healthier than many dessert options.

It comes together in about 5 minutes and will satisfy a chocolate craving. It's a healthy treat you can feel good about serving your family!

Other silken tofu recipes are my Vegan Omelette and Tofu Nacho Cheese. Another pudding recipe to try is my Vegan Peanut Butter Pudding with Tapioca Flour.

    ❤️ Why You'll Love It

    • It is sweet, rich, and creamy. It tastes great with fresh berries or dark chocolate chips on top.
    • You can make it sugar-free or with unrefined sugar.
    • It is made in minutes with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand.

    🧾 Ingredients

Tofu Chocolate Pudding ingredients on a cutting board with labels.
    • Silken tofu (or soft tofu): Adds a creamy texture. I used silken tofu packed in water found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
    • Cacao powder (or cocoa powder): Adds a chocolate flavor.
    • Erythritol and stevia: Add sweetness. You could also use maple syrup agave syrup, simple syrup, or your favorite sweetener.
    • Vanilla extract: Enhances flavors.
    • Salt: Enhances sweetness. I like to use sea salt.
