    Chocolate Tofu Pudding

This sweet vegan Chocolate Tofu Pudding is a healthy treat. It's made with silken tofu and cacao powder.

Chocolate Tofu Pudding with sliced strawberries on top.

This Chocolate Tofu Pudding is sweet and creamy. I've been making this pudding for years, sometimes sugar-free and other times with maple syrup.

I've eaten it by itself, with fruit, and included it in my morning smoothie. Made with silken tofu, it is healthier than many dessert options.

It comes together in about 5 minutes. It's a healthy treat you can feel good about serving your family!

Another way to use silken tofu is in a Vegan Omelette. Another pudding recipe to try is my Vegan Peanut Butter Pudding with Tapioca Flour.

    ❤️ Why You'll Love It

    • It is sweet, rich, and creamy.
    • You can make it sugar-free or with unrefined sugar.
    • It is made in minutes.

    🧾 Ingredients

    • Silken tofu: Adds a creamy texture. I used silken tofu packed in water found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
    • Cacao powder (or cocoa powder): Adds a chocolate flavor.
    • Erythritol and stevia: Add sweetness. You could also use maple syrup or agave syrup, or your favorite sweetener.
    • Vanilla extract: Enhances flavors.
    • Salt: Enhances sweetness.

This is an overview of the ingredients. To see the full list of ingredients with measurements and instructions, see the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
