- Vanilla ice cream: I used homemade Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream, but you could also use store-bought.
- Strawberries: I used fresh strawberries. You can use frozen strawberries as well.
- Oat milk: I love the taste of oat milk, but you could use any dairy-free milk you want.

Blend vegan vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and oat milk (or another plant based milk) in a Nutribullet or high speed blender.
Serve and drink while it's cold.
Vegan milkshakes are best served immediately, but can be stored for several days in the fridge.

You can freeze it for several months in an airtight container. When ready to drink it, thaw it and blend until smooth and creamy.

Vegan Strawberry Milkshake
- 1 ½ cup vegan vanilla ice cream
- 2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup oat milk
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.

Made this with some freshly picked strawberries a little while ago and it was SO GOOD. I wanted to make it again with some frozen strawberries but realised I had run out... so I made it with frozen pineapples and it was super good! I think it would work with almost any juicy fruit 🙂
