These Sesame Tamari Almonds are sweet and savory. Made in minutes on the stovetop, they couldn't be any easier!

I made these Sesame Tamari Almonds because I really like the Maple Chipotle Cashews that I made a while back. The cashew recipe was incredibly quick and easy, so I figured why not make another flavored nut recipe?
These are made on the stovetop and only take about five minutes. The hardest part is waiting for them to cool so that you don't burn your mouth.
If you are having guests, these are the perfect appetizer. Any recipe that can be thrown together quickly is a dream come true for a hostess. They can be made a few days ahead of time, which is another bonus.
These glazed almonds are sweet and savory. I made these with agave syrup the first time, and maple syrup the second time. I prefer maple syrup, but they could be made with either one. They both add a sweet touch.
Low-sodium gluten-free tamari gives these nuts a savory touch, and toasted sesame oil imparts a nutty flavor.

❤️ Why You'll Love Them
- They are salty and savory with a nutty flavor from sesame oil.
- They're made in minutes.
- They're perfect for a party or get-together.
🧾 Ingredients
- Almonds: I used raw almonds, but you could also use salted roasted almonds.
- Maple syrup: For its sweet maple flavor. You could also use agave syrup.
- Toasted sesame oil: Adds a rich nutty flavor.
- Tamari: I like to use low-sodium gluten-free tamari so that I can control the sodium. It adds a salty umami flavor. You could also use regular tamari, soy sauce, Bragg's liquid aminos, or coconut aminos.
- Sesame seeds: Add a nutty flavor and crunch.
- Salt: Enhances flavors. I like to use sea salt.
