Since the holidays are upon us, I thought I'd share this Vegan Chocolate Fudge recipe with all of you. I have been making it for several months now because I have been eating a vegan keto diet.
Since I started eating this way I have had NO allergy symptoms. I looked at the calendar one day and realized that the Fall allergy season came and passed.
I have had bad allergies both during the Spring and the Fall. It has been so bad in the past that I have been bedridden.
This keto chocolate fudge has a dark chocolate taste to it, so it isn't too sweet. It goes well with almond or peanut butter. Just break up some fudge into the nut butter, sprinkle on a little salt, and eat by the spoonful!
This sugar-free fudge is perfect for a keto diet or if you are cutting back on sugar. It will satisfy your dark chocolate cravings.

🧾 Ingredients
- Cacao powder (or cocoa powder): Adds a chocolate flavor.
- Coconut milk: Adds a creamy texture.
- Coconut oil: Helps the fudge solidify.
- Vanilla extract: Enhances flavors.
- Almond extract: Adds a fruity flavor. You can leave it out.
- Stevia: I've made this with both stevia and erythritol. Both work. You can use your favorite sugar-free sweetener.
- Salt: Enhances sweetness.

Do you have the nutritional value for those of us who are doing the Ketogenic Lifestyle? Especially the Fat / Carb / Net Carb?
Willow Moon says
In my app I have 11 grams fat, 1 gram net carb, 0.6 grams protein, and 102 calories per one piece of fudge. I apologize though because I don't know if that was for stevia or erythritol. I believe it was for stevia. Erythritol has 4 carbs per teaspoon, so not as ideal on a keto diet. When I did keto, I added in more carbs after a few months, so used erythritol in addition to stevia to sweeten things. Also, I prefer the taste of erythritol.

Hi Willow
This fudge looks delish.
I made the 2 ingredient PB fudge was so devine couldnt stop eatting it
What are the carbs fat and net carbs to PB fudge.
Willow Moon says
Thanks Grace! I haven't calculated the 2 Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Fudge since I am no longer counting carbs, etc., but since there are only two ingredients it would be really easy to find out with an app like MyFitness Pal.

Do you use canned coconut milk or the other kind in the carton? Thanks!
Willow Moon says
I use canned. I will edit the post to reflect that. Thanks!
Shannon says
What great ideas to use coconut oil and almond extract...I normally don't like fudge, but this looks soooo good.
Willow Moon says
Thanks Shannon! This fudge tastes more like dark chocolate, so if you normally don't like fudge, but like dark chocolate, you may like this!
Chelsea says
OH MY GOSH! You had me at fudge. This looks so amazing.
Willow Moon says
Thanks Chelsea!
Chelsea says
Are the directions different for stevia? This looks fabulous!
Willow Moon says
Thanks Chelsea! You don't need to heat the fudge if you are using stevia. Erythritol needs to be heated to dissolve.

I love fudge! Especially around the holidays, but I don't like how heavy it can be. This seems like the perfect alternative! I'm so excited to give it a try 🙂
Willow Moon says
Thanks Angie, I hope you enjoy it!

I've been craving chocolates and now I don't have to worry about calories with this one -- and such a simple procedure.
Thank you, Willow!

You had me at "low carb"! Definitely can't wait to make this fudge. I hesitate to eat all the holiday goodies because of the carbs and calories, it's so nice to be able to have a little treat of my own.
Willow Moon says
Thanks Joanie! It's a hard time of year to be eating low carb, isn't it! So at least we have alternatives!
