    ❤️ Why You'll Love It

    • It is much cheaper than bubble tea from your local café.
    • It's fun to drink and with a wonderful floral note, it takes tea to whole other level.
    • It's easy to make and is perfect for entertaining.

    🧾 Ingredients

Ingredients on a cutting board with labels.
    • Tapioca boba: Tapioca balls are the common type of topping for boba tea. You could use another type.
    • Black tea: I drink black tea daily so I used that. You could also use green tea.
    • Soy milk: I used soy milk because that's what I happened to have on hand, but you could use oat milk or any non-dairy milk you like.
    • Lavender simple syrup: To soak the boba in and add lavender flavor. Rose simple syrup or elderflower simple syrup would also taste great.
    • Water

Yes, according to Bubble Tea Supply, you can freeze the balls in a zip lock bag, laid flat. When you're ready to use them, place the boba in boiling water for a few minutes.
