This Banana Chocolate Pizza is quick and easy! It is pretty healthy, so you can feel good about eating it any time of the day.

This sweet pizza is made with a tortilla pizza crust, and topped with a peanut butter maple syrup spread. Sprinkled on top are sliced ripe bananas, sweet dark chocolate chips, sliced coconut, and sliced almonds.

It is made in minutes and you can customize it to your liking. You can add your favorite toppings or use the ones I used.

Have it with some Cacao Tea or Cold Brew Cacao Coffee.

    ❤️ Why You'll Love It

    • Instead of pizza dough, it's made with a tortilla for the pizza base.
    • It's a healthy dessert or snack. It's the perfect after-school snack.
    • Made in minutes, it's an easy recipe. It tastes good warm, at room temperature, or even cold.

    🧾 Ingredients

Chocolate pizza ingredients on a cutting board with labels.
    • Tortilla: I used a gluten-free brown rice tortilla but you could use whatever your favorite tortilla is.
    • Peanut butter: I love peanut butter, but you could also use almond butter, cashew butter, or your favorite nut butter.
    • Maple syrup: To add a sweet maple flavor. You could also use agave syrup, brown sugar, date paste, or your favorite sweetener.
    • Banana: I love the combination of chocolate, banana, and peanut butter, but you could use whatever fruit you want. Raspberries and strawberry slices also taste good. I used them for my Chocolate Hummus Dessert Pizza.
    • Chocolate chips: For the sweet rich chocolate flavor. You could also use dark chocolate baking chunks.
    • Sliced almonds: Adds a nutty crunchy element.
    • Coconut chips: Adds crunch and coconut flavor.

I'm not one for syrup and peanut butter together. I think I would try it with honey instead. Looks really good though.

Banana and chocolate equals HAPPY. I like to indulge in a nutella and banana on toast breakfast every now and again myself. Making this on a tortilla is brilliant!
