โค๏ธ Why You'll Love It
- Instead of pizza dough, it's made with a tortilla for the pizza base.
- It's a healthy dessert or snack. It's the perfect after-school snack.
- Made in minutes, it's an easy recipe. It tastes good warm, at room temperature, or even cold.
๐งพ Ingredients
- Tortilla: I used a gluten-free brown rice tortilla but you could use whatever your favorite tortilla is.
- Peanut butter: I love peanut butter, but you could also use almond butter, cashew butter, or your favorite nut butter.
- Maple syrup: To add a sweet maple flavor. You could also use agave syrup, brown sugar, date paste, or your favorite sweetener.
- Banana: I love the combination of chocolate, banana, and peanut butter, but you could use whatever fruit you want. Raspberries and strawberry slices also taste good. I used them for my Chocolate Hummus Dessert Pizza.
- Chocolate chips: For the sweet rich chocolate flavor. You could also use dark chocolate baking chunks.
- Sliced almonds: Adds a nutty crunchy element.
- Coconut chips: Adds crunch and coconut flavor.

I'm not one for syrup and peanut butter together. I think I would try it with honey instead. Looks really good though.
