- It's an easy recipe that is perfect for on-the-go.
๐งพ Ingredients
- Frozen banana: Adds a creamy consistency. You could also use a fresh banana.
- Fresh orange juice or oranges: I've made this recipe with both the whole orange and Cara Cara oranges to make fresh squeezed orange juice. You could also use fresh Mandarin oranges, Valencia oranges, or whatever orange variety you like. You could also use store-bought orange juice. Add some of the orange zest for an even more intense orange flavor.
- Vegan vanilla yogurt: Adds a creamy consistency and a touch of vanilla flavor. I used coconut yogurt. You could also use a vegan Greek yogurt to make a thicker consistency.
- Vanilla oat milk: I like oat milk for the flavor. You could use almond milk, soy milk, cashew milk, or any non-dairy milk you like.
- Chia seeds: Add protein and fiber.
- Vanilla extract: Adds more vanilla flavor.
