โค๏ธ Why You'll Love It
- It is sweet and fruity. It also tastes great as a mocktail.
- It's light and refreshing, perfect for hot summer days.
- It's made in minutes.
๐งพ Ingredients
- Rum: I use light rum, which is the classic mojito ingredient. It is also known as white rum or silver rum. You could also use vodka for a vodka mojito.
- Passion fruit: I used frozen pureed passion fruit pieces. You could certainly use fresh passion fruit pulp, but then you'll need to strain out the seeds. You'll also need quite a few pieces of passion fruit to get the amount you'll need. It's more cost-effective to buy frozen passion fruit (at least where I live). You could also use passion fruit juice.
- Fresh lime juice: I used fresh squeezed lime juice. I don't recommend store-bought lime juice because it has additives.
- Agave syrup: Adds sweetness. You could also use simple syrup.
- Fresh mint leaves: Adds the minty flavor mojitos are known for. I grow mint indoors. It saves me a lot of money since I love mint so much. Spearmint (or sweet mint) is best for mojitos. Peppermint is too strong.
- Club soda: Any sparkling water will work.
