    This homemade Vanilla Creamer is sweet, rich, and creamy. Made with only 3 ingredients, it comes together in minutes in a blender.

    After you taste this dairy-free Vanilla Creamer you won't want store-bought vegan coffee creamer again! Not kidding, this creamer is addictively good!

    This simple recipe came about because I had some sweetened condensed coconut milk in the fridge. Not wanting to just add it to my morning coffee as is, I thought I'd make a batch of vanilla oat creamer.

    It has a sweet taste with a rich creaminess. It has a thicker consistency than store-bought dairy-free coffee creamers.

    Store-bought creamers have food additives like artificial flavors, preservatives, and questionable ingredients. By making your own coffee creamer recipe you know what is going into it. You can feel good about drinking it.

    There are so many different flavors you can make. I've experimented with a few, like healthy homemade Caramel Coffee Creamer and Chocolate Almond Creamer.

    🧾 Ingredients

    • Oat milk: I used oat milk but you could use almond milk, soy milk, or your favorite non-dairy milk. You could use plain or vanilla oat milk. You could also use my homemade oat milk recipe.
    • Sweetened condensed coconut milk: Adds sweetness and a rich creamy flavor. You could also use sweetened condensed oat milk. My local grocery store sells it, but if you can't find it you can order it online. You could also use full-fat coconut milk and maple syrup, agave syrup, date paste, cane sugar, or brown sugar.
    • Vanilla extract: Adds the vanilla flavor. You could also use a vanilla bean or vanilla paste.

    Ingredients in a Nutribullet before blending.

    Step 1: Pour all ingredients into a high-speed blender or Nutribullet.

    Step 2: Blend until smooth and creamy. Give it a good shake before using.
