Made with both vanilla bean and vanilla extract, this packs a punch of vanilla. It tastes great eaten by itself or used in a vegan milkshake.

How to Make This Recipe

Mix coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, vanilla bean seeds, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor or a high speed blender. Freeze.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1-2 vanilla bean pods* scraped
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

  • Pour into an airtight container and freeze.
