    This Vegan Tartar Sauce is creamy and tangy. Made with fresh dill, vegan mayo, lemon juice, and pickle relish. It's better than store-bought.

    This Vegan Tartar Sauce is quick and easy. It goes well with Vegan Jackfruit Fish Sticks, veggie burgers, onion rings, and more.

    There's no reason to buy vegan tartar sauce when it can be made in about 5 minutes. Made with fresh dill, it tastes better than store-bought.

    This homemade Vegan Tartar Sauce is made with fresh dill, vegan mayo, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper.

    Customize it to your liking. You could use homemade pickles to elevate it.

    🧾 Ingredients

    • Vegan mayo: Adds a rich creamy sour flavor.
    • Sweet pickle relish: Adds sweetness. You could also use chopped pickles or dill pickle relish.
    • Fresh dill: Adds a fresh herby flavor. You could also add herbs like tarragon or parsley.
    • Lemon juice: Adds a sour flavor. You could also add lime juice.
    • Dijon mustard: I used Dijon mustard, but you could also use spicy brown mustard or yellow mustard.
    • Salt and pepper: Enhances flavors. I like to use sea salt.

      • ½ cup vegan mayo
      • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
      • 1 tablespoon chopped dill
      • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
