Made with mango, sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce, this Sweet Chili Mango Sauce is sweet and spicy.
I originally made this spicy sauce to be used as a dipping sauce for Spicy Tofu Fries and Baked Tofu Spring Rolls with Sriracha, which have tofu fries in them.
You could also use this sauce drizzled over Marinated Baked Tofu, as a dipping sauce for Chickpea Flour Breaded Fried Tofu, in a salad, over rice, or served with spicy appetizers.
It takes minutes to make and you can use fresh or frozen mango, so you can have it any time of the year.
