How to Make This Recipe
- Mix coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt, and cranberries in a food processor or a high speed blender.
- Pour into an airtight container and freeze.
How Long Will It Last In The Freezer?
This recipe will last up to a month in an airtight container in the freezer.
Tips
- If you don't want chunks of cranberry (like I have in mine), blend mixture in a high speed blender until cranberry is totally broken down.
- For serving, let ice cream thaw about 15 minutes or so. It will be easier to scoop.
