Tofu Sour Cream ingredients on a cutting board with labels.
    • Silken tofu: I used silken tofu packed in water found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
    • Fresh lemon juice: Adds a tart flavor.
    • Apple cider vinegar: Adds a tangy flavor.
    • Olive oil: Adds a creamy texture and helps it thicken a little.
    • Agave syrup: You could use another sweetener.
    • Salt: Enhances flavors. I like to use sea salt.
