This Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream has the creamy consistency you'd expect from ice cream, but there's no electric ice cream maker needed! It's so inviting that you'll be reaching for spoonful after spoonful.
Made with coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, and chocolate hazelnut butter, it couldn't be any easier.
It's a homemade version of Nutella ice cream but veganized.

- Coconut milk: Adds a rich creamy flavor. It's a great ice cream base for vegan ice cream. I used full-fat coconut milk.
- Sweetened condensed coconut milk: Adds a sweet, rich creamy flavor.
- Chocolate hazelnut almond butter: Adds a creamy chocolate texture and flavor. I used Justin's chocolate hazelnut spread. You could also use a chocolate peanut butter spread or chocolate almond spread.
- Vanilla extract: Enhances flavors.
- Salt: Enhances sweetness. I like to use sea salt.

Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream
Equipment
- high speed blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 13.5 ounces full fat coconut milk
- ยฝ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk
- ยฝ cup Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut & Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Pour into an airtight container and freeze.
