    Tahini Dressing

    This easy Tahini Dressing is perfect for falafel. It also goes well on salads with sweet or savory flavors.

    Tahini Dressing is one of my go-to salad dressings. I have used it as a dip for wraps and I love to dress it over a salad with something sweet like dried cranberries or sweet potato.

    I made a similar tahini dressing for my Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Apples, which is perfect for this time of year. This dressing tastes great on Roasted Cauliflower Steaks or an Edamame Buddha Bowl.

    The nuttiness of the tahini is a nice contrast to something sweet. This vegan dressing is sure to become a staple in your house!

    • It is really versatile. Use it on salads, Tahini Pasta, or without the water for a sandwich spread.
    • It is quick and easy to make.

    🧾 Ingredients

    • Tahini: Adds a nutty flavor. You can use raw tahini or roasted tahini.
    • Lemon juice: Adds a sour flavor and balances out the flavors.
    • Garlic: Adds a pungent flavor.
    • Water
    • Fresh parsley: Adds a fresh flavor.  You can leave it out.
    • Salt: Enhances the flavors. I like to use sea salt.

    🔪 Instructions

    Dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

    Step 1: Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, chopped parsley, and salt into a large mixing bowl.

    Step 2: Whisk until smooth and creamy. Place in an airtight container and let sit in the fridge to thicken.

    Ingredients

    • ¼  cup tahini
    • ¼  cup lemon juice
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1 clove garlic minced
    • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
