This easy Tahini Dressing is perfect for falafel. It also goes well on salads with sweet or savory flavors.
Tahini Dressing is one of my go-to salad dressings. I have used it as a dip for wraps and I love to dress it over a salad with something sweet like dried cranberries or sweet potato.
I made a similar tahini dressing for my Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Apples, which is perfect for this time of year. This dressing tastes great on Roasted Cauliflower Steaks or a Buddha Bowl.
The nuttiness of the tahini is a nice contrast to something sweet.
Mix tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, chopped parsley, and salt. Let thicken in the fridge.
This recipe will last 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
