Tahini Dressing is one of my go-to salad dressings. I have used it as a dip for wraps and I love to dress it over something sweet like dried cranberries or sweet potato.
The nuttiness of the tahini is a nice contrast to something sweet.
Ingredients for this salad: baby kale, spinach, dried cranberries, sweet potato, pomegranate seeds, and carrots.

- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
