Sides
A well rounded meal usually includes a great side dish. I personally love to eat a side as my lunch or snack.
Some sides are so good they takeover as stars of the show, like Vegan Mashed Cauliflower with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms. Others can be used in other dishes like Sriracha Coleslaw or Mexican Cauliflower Rice.
Some sides are perfect for a potluck or picnic, like a Sweet Potato Salad with Agave Mustard Dressing.
However you enjoy them, sides are a great addition to your repertoire.
