    Sides

    A well-rounded meal usually includes a great vegan side dish. I personally love to eat a side as my lunch or snack.

    Some sides are so good they take over as stars of the show, like Vegan Mashed Cauliflower with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms. Others can be used in other dishes like Sriracha Coleslaw or Mexican Cauliflower Rice.
